Funny, I have. 1.5 Jazz too and that's what it makes in my daily trips... 5-6kms/liter.
So if i decide to buy a diesel CR-V (judging from the pic, yours is a diesel?), that's the same figure I'd probably be getting.... 5-7kms/liter. I thought kakayanin yung mga 10kms/L. Hehe

8 km/L for the diesel in heavy traffic? Super ok na yan compared to the gas. I only get 5 km/L at 10 kph average. Kailangan 18 kph average for me to get 8 km/L with the 2.0S. [emoji23]

Wow that's a huge mileage drop for the diesel. Super traffic na ng 10kph average. At 13kph average my FE now is 11.1km/L. 2 pax on Petron Dieselmax, eco mode off in "D" most of the time. I just put it in "S" and raise the revs up with the paddles to burn off some carbon from time to time.

It's not rocket science. Fuel consumption is directly proportional to average speed.

My home-to-office route is just 5 km away but it takes me over half an hour to get to work, so my average speed usually ranges a paltry 8-10 kph only.
5.5 km/L average for the Civic and 4.5 km/L for the CRV and Mazda 3 when I drive it purely on this route. [emoji28]
