For me fault ni MC rider (RIP).
Right place at the wrong time yung truck. Kaso dapat hindi tinakbuhan nung driver.Last edited by cast_no_shadow; June 13th, 2014 at 09:52 AM.

June 13th, 2014 09:41 AM #3As much as I feel sorry for the rider (RIP) kasalanan din naman niya dahil sumingit sya sa pagitan ng jeep at truck. Ang hilig kasi karamihan ng mga riders na sumingit in between vehicles, samantalang ang turo naman, whether its 2-wheeler or more, eh should occupy the space of a 4-wheeler.

Mahilig sumingit kasi mga MC riders. They think the broken lines are lanes for them... Staying within a lane is a hinderance for them.

June 13th, 2014 10:53 AM #7Obviously, it's the motorcycle.
The truck was in the right place, and the motorcycle is at the wrong place. Simple as that. All the more reason to ban motorcycle filtering.

June 13th, 2014 10:57 AM #8the problem starts with LTO.. anyone who can ride a bicycle is presumed to be able to also ride a motorbike.. Wrong.. its only here in the philippines that its so easy to get a motorcycle license.. in other countries its harder to get a motorcycle license compared to a car license. RIP for the motorbike rider.. but the truck had nothing to do with her accident.. i think nag madali din sya kasi nga mai duty pa.. and in her haste di na tuloy naka dating sa duty. its just sad that automatically most motorbike accidents are blamed on the car, bus or truck. while 99% of the time its the motorcycle drivers fault..

The MC rider is at fault. That's what they get for not respecting the lane. Singit lang ng singit, and most of the time iiwas na lang ang mga nakasunod. Nga lang in this case, since katabi, it would be impossible for the truck to avoid the Mc.
