    first encountered him on sunday sa corner ng v. mapa and old sta. mesa sumingit sya sa amin ng isang taxi ng alanganin buti naipreno ko.

    tonight encountered him again in araneta to kalentong. drives like a mad man singit ng singit. he zoom pass by the stop light araneta-bayani road now using his wang wang. then i lost sight of him. i was now waiting at the red light of aurora-v. mapa ang heard a wang wang again it's him again he even blocked all vehicles coming from stop&shop.

    it's just the driver no one else inside. both at about around 10:30 to 11 pm
