October 12th, 2009 06:43 PM #321let us see leaniskra.....in front of all the people here in tsikot.com...including ghosthunter, futbolero, etc.....now let us see what you can do....i'll give you the chance....my claim on rapide has been waiting since february-march 2009---plate number taw 685---rapide shaw servitek.
Now show me if i am wrong in what i claim about rapide, rkl and others. Now show the other people in tsikot.com if you can make a difference. Time will tell.....october 12, 2009 and so far nothing has been done. Now if you can't do anything about my case then i will just let other forumers be the judge about what rapide is.

October 12th, 2009 07:21 PM #323Now im getting the big picture! My car was serviced in Rapide last July-August apparently after it suddenly stopped and cant be started, sa kasawing-palad Rapide Kalayaan was just in the corner and decided to bring the car to them. At first diagnosis was just a worn sensor in the ignition pump, problem was store was closing and the replacement part still to be purchased so decided to leave the car, the next day part was already installed and still the car wont run. Store manager(?) (Rommel) then suggested its probably the computer box but said its still to be brought to their specialist for diagnosis. Bad for me coz I have to leave for the province so again decided to leave the car with them. After two days Rommel called me said that its not the computer box, now its the injection pump have to bring it down and do calibration (15K!). Since still in the province for a week I gave the go signal! After 2 days rommel called again bad news, they opened the engine said that valves and the camshafts are cracked and have to change the whole cylinder block (25K!), I was surprised asked how that happened, he could not offer explanation and later on told me that the timing belt gave way, surprised again coz my timing belt was just changed 2 mos ago and Im sure we checked it prior and it was intack. Since Im still in the province and needed the car running when I return I again gave the go signal-trusted
them! After 2 mos acceleration & uphill suddenly lost power, after checks on the injection pump now they want to change my automatic transmission (30k!), this time I went to Banawe-Baltak to service my transmission & was not convinced it was the problem, returned to them insisted it was the transmission until I was brought to Denso. They serviced and recalibrated my injection pump, there was a worn rubber inside and even told me the the service done was not good & problematic, di raw experiensado gumawa, parts were not even new! Told rommel of this and texted him of Denso, patay-malisya nato si Rommel! LESSON LEARNED-NEVER NEVER TRUST RAPIDE! DADAMI SIRA NG KOTSE NYO! SPREAD THE WORD! TO LEANISKI YOU HAVE ALL THE RECORDS AND THE DATA IF YOU ARE TRULY SINCERE YOU/YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE THE ONE TO REACH OUT TO US, NAWALAN NA KAMI NG TIWALA SA INYO!

CSSMD....what happened to you is classic Rapide. First of all Rapide does not have the facilities for computer diagnostics. They don't want to spend for it. They don't even have a computer aligner unlike the other shops like servitek....why? They don't want to spend for it. Though they know for a fact that those computer things are essential to run a decent service center.
Now CSSMD, as I said, what happened to you is classic Rapide...they will drain your pocket for the benefit of commisions/incentive. The bigger the bill the more commission/incentive manager/mechanic gets. It's not customer service they are after....it's your hard earned money that they are after. And they want it quick via overcharging you.

October 13th, 2009 04:56 PM #325Well thanks for the effort . If I give you my plate number what will I get in return , will I be reimburse or what. The number that I called is the one posted at your shops, and do you expect me to remember the names of the person I called, I already gave you my car model, year, Rapide branch and time frame, if you keep a good data management system in your network, if you have one, you should be able to get the info.
I know what you are trying to do. Damage Control, I think it is too late for that, it has too manny hits already, it is like a ship, hindi na ma save ng crew niya because of too many damages and it is sinking too fast. I suggest Abandon ship na kayo. Just reorganize your company, train and compensate your personnel correctly and use a new name.

October 13th, 2009 06:35 PM #326REIMBURSEMENTS are a NO NO for Rapide. What they normally do if they encounter situations like these is give you a voucher for free wheel alignment wherein they will inspect your vehicle again and sell you another bunch of parts to be replaced OR like a free radiator flush and fill which is completely useless....drain lang ng tubig tapos lagyan ng konting coolant OR Free brake fluid flush & fill....higupin lang yung brake fluid sa brake master then lagyan ng bagong brake fluid. All of these Free services that they offer to appease a disgruntled customer DOESN'T compare to the inconvenience and the loss of hard earned money that Rapide causes.
But if you are expecting money to be sent back to you is going to be a miracle. It's like winning in lotto.
Basta Rapide, ang gusto nila pakabig sa kanila....pag patulak eh sorry ka na lang. Favorite nila eh RAPID na mawala sa yo ang perang pinaghirapan niyo.

pano pa kaya sasagutin lahat ni Lea to??
typical lang kase yung sagot nya na "we will look into it" ganyan ang sagot na walang nangyayari.

same with what i said in my reply to your pm:
Sir you’re correct, i do not run the show, i do not run it alone; i do it with several people, including of course the board and the new mancom."
I'm not sure if you personally know me and the new guys here, i just hope that you give us a chance."
______________
If you are lea then I may know you and am pretty sure you would know me not unless you are a new Lea. Many would know me in Rapide and **** RKL knows how much money I made for him and how I brought one of his branches to new heights in sales and in terms of customers being served and NEVER to be matched. That is how hard I worked for RKL.....earliest to go to work and latest to get home....more than half of my time in Rapide. 12 hours/day or more serving RKL....and for what? 10,000 pesos monthly salary! Pweh! Commissions/Incentives with conditions! pweh! Failure to comply with conditions equates to reduced or NO commissions/incentives! pweh!
While RKL gets the money from the sales that a manager generates in a month.....a mere failure in complying with his conditions would nullify it. MADUGAS...Lahat pakabig sa kanya.
And what now? Rapide owes me for my back pay that you never paid to me and to add insult to injury....Rapide owes me for the faulty cylinder head gasket that you installed in my Nissan Sentra and the towing fee incurred as my vehicle was towed. SHAME ON YOU RAPIDE. Money is important but MONEY IS NOT EVERYTHING.
Don't give a crap about the MANCOMS. Useless crap attended by dumb managers and owners. Nothing gets done there except in looking for ways to ROB store manager's and mechanic's earnings.

Could also be due to the high demand that the manufacturer prioritized new car deliveries vs. spare...
