Nakakatawa nga ang rason kung bakit nagka leche-leche ang pag release ng LTO stickers. As explained by an LTO official may family problem daw yung contractor kaya nagkanda delay yung pag gawa ng stickers.

Kung magbibigay ng claim na me anomalya, sana naman meron ding strong evidence na kasama hindi ung sasabihin lang na me anomalya and let it go at that.
