good afternoon tsikoteers, just wanna share an incident that happened to me yesterday around 8pm in the evening in shell station along aurora blvd. cor. j. ruiz st. in san juan city.
i went to this station to fill my gas. the gas boy then was doing their usual routine when a customer is coming in their station, greetings, windhield, oil check, etc.... anyway i ask him to wipe my wind shield na lang. so after filling up a tank full of gas, i said " ay boss, paki-check na din yung mga gulong ko" so i parked infront of the airhose. then the gas boy checked my tires. their air hose has a meter. it will stop "dinging" when the air is full. so after checking and filling, i drove home na. park my car in our garage, closed the gate. after having dinner i went out of the house and have a smoke.
i was standing beside my car smoking when i notice a little thing. my rear left tire was flat! how could this happened i wonder?kagagaling ko lang ng shell, baka napako ako. pero hindi din siguro, kse tubeless tires when got nail punctured didnt get flat so fast. so i immediately replaced my flat tires and then went to a nearby vulcanizing shop.
after a few minutes i was at the vulcanizing shop, the "boy" checked my tires. after removing the valve cap when he was about to fill the air in, he notice a peeble sized stone inside the valve cap. "sir eto yung nagtutulak sa pito para lumabas ang hangin pero hindi bigla ang pag labas kase may cap po itong tire valve nyo." hmmmn mukhang sinabotahe ako nung gasboy. bakit naman kaya? wala naman akong pinuntahan after ko magpa-gas. plus may garahe naman ako. so no doubt that the gas boy is the one responsible for this.
this is only a "heads up" guys, better watch them or suffer the consequences. hirap ding magpalit ng gulong ah! lalo na kung naka-tie ka or naka-japorms, sigurado pawisan ka!
I feel the same way. Not a fan.
