Siya daw huli nailabas ng jeep.

    Cuts/bruises and nabalian pa ata.

Tapos as if naligo ng krudo and langis nung jeep.

Kawawa nga mga pasahero lalo na may tumalsik pa. Pero yun driver tigas face ha! No remorse or even a hint of responsibility/accountability whatsoever.

and while they are at it might as well make mandatory re-exam (yun totohanan) for everyone getting a driver's license and start from scratch. And I think this would be even more beneficial to those who make transpo as their direct means of livelyhood making the "professional" on their ID's actually count for something.

though how doable this is would be is another topic.

Anong gusto nila? Magnakaw at mang holdap kami?"

3rd world country 3rd world govt 3rd world mentality

baket civil engineers kelangan may lisensya?

coz lives are at stake when people use the roads & bridges they build

the driver's license is a joke

kaya sila naging driver coz they're unemployable elsewhere

    bottom of the barrel

and they're responsible for people's lives

    welcome to the 3rd world

I think there was a proposal years ago of A1 driving institute to include it in the curriculum of LSGH, & hopefully in other schools as well. Not sure what happened to it.

I didnt even get a decent meal break buti may sandwich akong baon).

Exactly. If I am going to "professionalize" a job in this country, that would be being a PUV driver.
    Libo-libong buhay ang nakasalalay sa kanila . . . . araw araw
