    Kaya nga, administrative and civil case for not doing their job properly.

    Res ipsa loquitor kasi eh, bakit may motor sa daanang dapat walang motor at nag-counterflow pa. It defies common sense and logic why you would still imprison someone when the obvious wrongdoer is the other party.

    Yes, I heard once a lawyers opinion Sa KMJS. May isnag bata gusto ng makopa at umakyat sa puno, nahulog, tusok sa mga bakal na extra sa bakod. The lawyer said they can file civil case against the owner kahit pa loob ng bakod nya yung bakal. Although the victim's family didn't file for any case.

    ...in my opinion, that southbound skyway upward ramp isn't too friendly.
    ilang beses na akong wala sa lugar, even as i was intending to go up...
    i mean, the overall feel is not intuitive...

    One can always file a case in court.
    As to whether they will win, or if it's worth the time and effort (even assuming the court sides with the plaintiff), is a different matter altogether...
