Was on my way to Trinoma today on board the little Jimny. Driving along Congressional, I see a black Fort with the FCP sticker (number 006?) in front of me. As I was crossing the intersection of Congressional Avenue and Mindanao Avenue, a City Bus (Body number 117, license plate UVC 652) from the oncoming lane intentionally ran the red light and made a left turn into Mindanao Avenue almost broadsiding me and my commander.

I slam on the brakes and the Jimny is blocking the path of the bus. Medyo high blood moment pa ko nun so sit still muna to regain composure. Siyempre back up niya yung conductor (sino pa ba mag-totolerate sa kagaguhan ng bus driver, siyempre conductor).

Out of the corner of my eye, I see the black Fort's window open and the male and female inside also shout at the bus driver and conductor!

And then the driver the Fort jumps out and heads for the driver! Siyempre may FCP sticker sa likod, alam ko kaibigan iyan, so I alight from my vehicle also to back him up.

After a few expletives to the driver (hindi ko na nadinig pinag usapan nila), on his way back to the Fort I asked him what his handle was. Si boss retinasurgeon pala ng FCP.

I'd just like to extend my thanks to him via our forums for standing up for what is right and for helping me and my tiny car.

Here are some pics of that run in (sorry no Fort pics, late ako bumunot ng cam):

Pumorma pa conductor pero nagtago din after makita camera. Same with the driver:

Hindi din naman matagal ang red light sa intersection na yan (in a minute or so you'll be green again).

Better in written form tapos ask them to reply to your letter as to what would theie actions to be taken against the driver and the conductor

Nasa payroll kasi ang enforcers. And alot of bus companies are also owned by bigtime business people na wala din pakialam kasi malakas sila sa gobyerno.

Yung isa pakanta kanta pa nga diba.

ako I used to do that overtake them stop dim but now hinde na Sayang Lang oras ko, Saka iniisip ko na Lang it's not worth na to go down their level...pag simpleng humihinto sila sa gitna I just let them be, peropag ganitong case katuladkay otep yun muntik ka na mabangga then susugurin ka pa, ibang usapan yan

isipin niyo na Lang na there's a reason why PUV drivers sila and we are not...

mahirap makipag argue Sa mga mga walang pinag aralan...literally and figuratively .. kayo Lang mapapagod eh

I used to stop in front of them when i was younger (syempre, pinairal ang init ulo). The last time i did that, it resulted in a brand new, fresh out of the CASA (i was bringing it home) Nissan Urvan Estate CEO needing a new trunk gate and bumper. Buti nalang comprehensively insured agad yung van when it was bought since pinaiikot lang ako ng bus line sa pag claim (A.C. Trans); kaya when my girl cousin was bumped by a bus on EDSA, pina-impound na namin agad yung bus at the first chance we had.

    Tama ka, nakakadrain ang kabobohan.
