As stated in my car manual, turning on the recirculation button will send the air from the vehicle's interior back to the aircon system and when its off fresh air from the outside is the one entering the cooling system.

In the present air pollution in the country, is it ADVISABLE to always put the Recirculation Button "ON"?

Are there any bad effects to the driver and the vehicle performance as well?

yung recycled air galing din sa polluted air, so ill effects are probably the same. advice ko lang pag recycled air ang gagamitin mo. hwag kang umutot, kumain sa loob ng maamoy na pagkain, at magyosi dahil yung mga amoy nila ay mag stick sa loob ng tsikot mo.

kung air galing sa labas, nakow, lingo-lingo ka mag-papalinis ng a/c mo! just leave it recirc. inside the cabin... put an ionizer. filter sa a/c mo nalang kung worried ka masyado...

If you need air from the outside....just open your window.

always on na lang yan. ang get some charcoal inside your car to absorb yung mga di kanais nais na amoy.
