September 18th, 2014 10:13 AM #2Two days after ilabas ng casa auto ko, hinataw ko na sa nlex at sctex. Speeds varying 80, 100, 120 kph. Minsan 140 kph pa pero seconds lang. Yung iba alam ko nag 160 kph pa sila.
Just dont exceed 4k rpm, no sudden stops and hard acceleration, and it will be fine

I go for long drives, usually Baguio or Zambales. For me, that's the best way to break in a car.

What are you guys thinking? If he wants to do it, let him do it. I'd be interested to know how he gets off his car & gets on it after. Bro, based on my car computer, takes me 24 hours to do 700+ kms.

Break in, not only for the engine, but also the handling characteristics. (steering, brakes) saka yung mga electrical components, test all the equipment during night driving.
kaya kailangan talaga itakbo ng long distance at high speed w/caution.

September 23rd, 2014 11:19 PM #10Yung owner's manual talaga best reference mo about your vehicle. During break-in dami kong narinig na conventional wisdom tulad ng bawal lumampas sa 80 KPH, wag lalampas sa 2K RPM, etc. Yung manual pa rin sinunod ko at no problems so far.
I am currently observing the 2SM battery installed on my MU-X, Yuasa brand. Kaka 1 yr lang nito...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
