I just got my Ford Everest 4x2 Titanium Plus from the casa a few days ago.

I can confirm that Carplay and Android Auto are included.

I only have an iPhone and cannot check if Android Auto works though you can adjust some settings on the HU.

Android Auto works for me. I had to download Android Auto through apkmirror though.

How did you setup Apple CarPlay in your phone? iOS - Feature Availability - Apple (PH) says it's not yet available in the Philippines.

I didn't need to set it up. It was already built-in when I got it off the casa.
