788K should be a decent price for a car that offers better outside and inside looks, as well as more goodies. Its 116 hp engine should be good enough, just as powerful as the Altis 1.6. While the Toyota might be marginally quicker and more economical, the Ford makes up with much better handling.

Introducing a manual Focus is a very good move by Ford. Now the chassis can be better exploited. Introducing a stick to the 1.8 and 2.0 would even be better, and with that, we shall see more of these during track days. Plus, the new Civic, with a base 1.8 engine and probably has a manual as well, is just around the corner.
