What im saying is for the price of an Asian Raptor which will be close to $40k, i can get an F150 Lariat here and for an additional $10k i can get the base F150 Raptor. MSRP is just a starting price, The price of $52k can be had at $50k specially with Ford cars.

My $50k will not buy me a US Raptor in the Phils but I can buy here, is what I meant. That is why I said it is sad. Btw, a baseline Raptor here has an MSRP ok 52K. If I can wait and get a two year old Raptor, i can get for $35-40k. All Im saying is, it is very expensive to buy a car in the Phils,,,.
Sorry if i led you to a different notion. I know that if you get a US version Raptor in our country that you will be fined accordingly. Makes me mad actually because everytime I wanted to buy a car when im home, i compare the price and makes me not buy one. But i think this Asian Raptor is not a bad deal. And i can deal with a 4 cyl Raptor.

The Ranger Raptor is priced at P1,898,000, about US $35,832.
That's close to the price of an American 4x2 Crew Cab Ranger Lariat.

No matter how you look at it, the Ranger Raptor offers a lot for its price (just a bit higher than the top spec regular pickups).

That is why I said sulit pa rin kahit 4 cyl lang. And 4 cyl is just right dahil sa presyo nang gas.
You see nobody will buy a 4 cyl Raptor here in the US.
And good thing pick ups are tax free now jan. Kung tina tax yan, aabot siguro nang 2.5m to 3m.
Here in the US, single cab is really for work, kung pang forma, double cab ang binibili.

Also, 3k or 5k really is not a big deal of difference here when you change that to pesos it all depends on the exchange rate. Im using 50 to a dollar as that is pretty much the average. Check the prices of the F150. The fierce competition here keeps the price in check. Unless one is a diehard pick up owner, there are a lot to chose from when one likes all the goodies in a car.

All Im saying is sulit pa rin itong Raptor na to and i will probably buy this time. Sorry to stir the pot.

My agent just emailed me the advance copy of my OR/CR. I missed no time in hand lettering the MV File number on my dealer-provided, flimsy temporary plate using a permanent marker. I wouldn't have a fancy, plastic temporary plate made. As I understand it, my permanent plate will be out in a couple of days anyway.

I got my Raptor on October 2nd yet, and oh boy it's only now that I realized how loooooooong 36 days of waiting can be. Tomorrow, I'm gonna have fun.

This is great, congratulations! I hope you have fun with it, with its off-road capabilities.

Regarding your plate, I believe that they have prioritized the new vehicles released for this quarter. My neighbor waited only for a week or two for his plate.
