Nice. They've only kept the front door and the upper front fender. Everything else is all new.
Shame it looks like a Durango, but those lights look like they're in reference to the Mustang, and the grille is all Ford.
The only thing I'd do is macho-fy the rear greenhouse some more.

The windshield is probably identical too. I'm also guessing the dashboard/IP is similar or identical to the Ranger's.
It depends really on how one looks at it. :D
One of the fist things I noticed with the Durango is its smoother curvier sides with subtle "coke bottle styling" (curved fender and rear "hips"), more car-like than the Everest.
The Everest looks more rugged.

Looks great
How the rear quarter window tapers and terminates, reminds of the montero sport.
Next question, will mazda build their own?. I can imagine slapping a Kodo grill sa front

Don't think about other brands anymore, just go with Amaron. It lasts minimum 5 yrs+ parati, I just...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
