Never.......... no msg, no iodized salt....

only sea salt...... sometines natural spices..

Thats why hirap nga ako ngayon kung saan resto no msg no iodized salt........

and ask kung ano asin gamit.

kaya tsikoteers be careful sa sauce......lalo na yung ginagawa sabaw-ulam sauce sa mister kabab..... syempre ang dugas noypi uubusin yung garlic yogurt sauce.....so kailangan dumiskarte lagyan ng binders...

Isa pa dinudugas sabaw...... basta yung pwede irefil na no extra charge may dugas.

sa tingin mo dinurado yan or premium sinandomeng..

and i refuse fried rice..... thats leftover white rice para hindi masayang....

Over-iodization nangyari....from the fastfood, bakery/breads, potato/corn chips.... halos lahat ng kinakain made locally naka-iodized so it will wrecked your hormones.

Kaya ako puro imported bili ko de-lata..... Pag local no choice kailangan sumunod sa manegosyo department of health. Sila ang promotor nyan...... much better if voluntary sa manufacturer ang choice ng sea/rock salt vs iodized

Check nyo label top imported brands de lata like spam, libbys, dak, monarch, hereford....... no msg, no iodized salt...

Pati potato chips imported lang ako....

Yes. I use it in moderation.

Been eating MSG-laced food since birth. Unless you ingest loads of that stuff, it's nowhere near toxic to humans.

It's no replacement for proper seasoning, of course, but whatever food you put it on, it gives its taste a bit more depth.

"Umami", as the Japanese call it.
