tutal tungkol narin naman sa tapsilog ang topic eh ang tanong ko ay:
ano ang timpla ng tapsilog, eto ba ay binababad pa sa araw? wala kasi ditong masarap na tapsilog, kaya home style recipe nalang. kung alam niyo timpla pls post naman and share.

bukod sa timpla, ang sikreto yata eh nasa klase ng karne...sinabi sa akin ng isang bantay sa Aling Maty's Gatchalian branch (yep meron silang branch malapit sa entrance ng gatchalian) eh karne ng kalabaw ang ginagamit nila...
masarap nga rin pala ang barbeque sa Aling Maty's...sa Don Galo area ito, tahakin mo lang ang Quirino Ave. papuntang Las Pinas...nasa left side ito...
kung galing ka naman ng Las Pinas...nasa right side mo ito pagkatapos ng tulay ng La Huerta (bridge right after St. Andrew's School and St. Paul's Paranaque)

tried the tapa at rufo's san miguel avenue last year.
went out underwhelmed. maybe the guys at the commissary had a bad day when they made that particular batch of tapa.

LOLA ELY'S the best! Pinakamura na masarap pa na tapsilugan na makikita mo. Dito lang sa may Bambang ito. Try niyo.
One can only hope.
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
