    I also remember the first time I eat there yung itsura ng kainan nila parang mga tinatambayan lang ng jeepney drivers as in usual na eatery lang. Now, big time na (there's also Roof Deck bar pa not sure if sila rin nagmamanage).

    There's this type that uses thin strips of beef, typically sirloin; there's this other kinda na parang inadobo, and it seems the meat are cooked as chunks, and become sorta like corned beef after it's done. Alin ba talaga ang tamang tapa?

    Pareho lang yun recipe naiba lng ang presentation. Parang sinigang sa sampalok, kamias o bayabas lahat puro sinigang iba lng ginawa Pam paasim na ginamit :-)

    Ang ayoko lang sa Rodic's mukhang nginuya na yung tapa hehe. Kadalasan jumbosilog order ko dun.

    Buhay pa pala Rodics sa UPD and the shredded tapa. Have not been there for a long time na. Binabalikan ko ito in late 80s when i was still a student.

    Worth a try itong bagong tapa eatery sa 11th Jamboree corner Kamuning, tapat ng shop ni Alfred Motorworks.

    US Angus beef tapa at 138 petot. Masarap din.
