Actually,- crispy tawilis may not appeal to all... I like it though. Although my preference is for inihaw na tawilis.... manamis-namis....
Also, the badz here are saying that the best bulalo is not in Tagaytay.... "It" is somewhere in Laguna...

masarap nga sa Mahogany. pero ingat lang. last time i was there, i saw na naka clear plastic lahat ng bulalo bone then pinapainit inside a pot. i dont think na pwede painitin yung mga plastic bags. baka poisonous siya,

January 14th, 2016 04:05 PM #30other resto ganoon din nasa medyo makapal na plastic yung pre-cooked food tapos sinusubmerge sa boiling water. Hindi ko lang alam yung type ng plastic at kung may hazard nga doon. pero madaming resto ganyan ginagawa.
Isuzu pala makina, at least madali hanapan ng parts.
