hi, Woo! input lang ako ha?
adultery when it ripens into a crime, has for it's object a married woman having carnal relations with a man other than her husband. jointly sued is a man whom the married woman had CR with...pag lalaki naman, concubinage, when a married man had CR with a woman not his wife. pareho lang din. only the offended spouse can sue, no one else. exclusive privilege. but the quantum of proof varies, mas hirap i prove ang concubinage...mas stringent ang adultery. in terms of penalty, mas burdensome pag babae because of the fact that the woman might be bringing an offspring into the household wherein the husband would be supporting a child not his own...a big blow to a man's ego indeed.
but then again, maternity is a matter of fact...paternity, FAITH. wehehehe.
FOR single individuals with CRs, fornication.
