May minor wobbling yung tension pulley.

Sa isang innova namen steady yung tension pulley.

    Is the pulley broken?

One more thing may kinalaman ren ba yung wobbling sa pag hina ng ac.

I compared yung cooling ng 2 innova namen. Yung isa na no wobbling has colder blowing air.

Mind the volume it might be loud. Eto po yung vid ng pulley.

Check belt condition.. dapat walang wobble.. naka auto tension yan kaya mas kita yung wobble..

Start with the simple things 1st...
    1) Check condition ng belt, it may appear to wobble if it is damaged/torn
    2) Tensioner pulley, several mechanical parts ito, high chance of wear and tear, yes if it is worn out/broken... It will wobble... Affect your a/c... Affect your water pump... Affect your electrical system
    3) Check if your main/crank shaft pulley is solid or have rubber part at its core... If this is worn, it will cause wobbling.

Other pulleys are mostly made of metal + bearings... They also wear out but later than the 2 I mentioned above, albeit they belong to the same system.

the video does not, to me, show pulley wobble.

    i have forgotten basic innova.
is that an idler pulley, moving up and down or side to side? (this is normal for idlers.)

good pulleys won't wobble, regardless of belt condition.
it might seem to, but a good inspection will prove the otherwise.

there are many failures that can weaken the AC. belt slip is one of them. belt slip has several causes.
    do not assume.
    one must investigate.

Agreed. This is why belts should be checked/replaced regularly... And while the mechanic is at it... All pulleys must be checked.

I experienced seeing my tensioner pulley wobble, only to find out that the main/crank pulley was the one broken.

    So, yes investigate, investigate, investigate

Ah, the serpentine belt drive problem, so aptly named this monster! If it's the belt, replace right away. If it's the idler or the tensioner, replace now. If you don't, well you are gonna be so sorry. So many things this serpent can bite if you don't take care of it. A/C compressor, always the first victim to die due to its construction, single bearing pulley on the clutch! Then the water pump, mechanical seals are not designed to handle vibrations. The alternator dies last, 2 bearings on either end makes it tougher than the first 2. Save that p2k now and pay p15k for a new ac compressor later. Your choice.
