compression test, speedyfix, servitek or any decent shop. costs 200-500

    Leakdown test: 1,600 php. Speedlab.

3-6k is too much. That's the cost for a top overhaul already.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

I went to speedyfix for a compression test. It cost me 200 pesos. The results were 120-120-70-80. Due na daw to for overhaul. I'm quite new when it comes to car, which is better in my case, top overhaul only or overall? I own a Nissan exalta sta.

with those numbers, loose compression na talaga. general na overhaul yan talaga.

since malaki din gastos mo, i suggest you consider getting a surplus engine

Thanks for the input. So basically, konti lang ang difference ng gastos pag general overhaul and pag bumili ng surplus? Parang mas may advantage ang pag bili na lang ng surplus cause I do have plans of getting a stronger engine para mas gumanda ng konti ang takbo since I own a matic car.

If I were you.

wet or dry compression? what was the reading after naglagay ng konting oil sa cylinders. nandun ang sagot kung overhaul or top overhaul lang.
