Thanks bro, I'll make more research about castrol.
Very informative bro!
Thanks, thanks...Last edited by Noel Salisipan; July 15th, 2013 at 12:00 PM.

^try mag1 FS oil (5W30) pegged at P520 per quart & the mineral equivalent should cost you P330 per quart
more slippery or less sticky or thin oils are more fuel efficient
mag1 oils are available at ace hardwareLast edited by kisshmet; July 21st, 2013 at 01:55 AM.

July 22nd, 2013 08:59 AM #13You cant actually judge a good oil by visual or sight testing nor by its unique/good-sounding name. It is best to start with eng oils recommended in your eng manual what API or ACEA rating your engine requires. From there you can now choose brands that suit your needs & budget. It is also wise to check each the technical data sheet/specifications of the oil ( usually posted in their dedicated website) just so to know the individual "fingerprint" of such oil if it really lives to its claims. But the true judgement for a good engine oil is oil analysis (virgin oil analysis vs used oil analysis). Only then can you tell if your chosen engine oil is really a "good oil". The adage "your engine oil is as good as your oil filter" holds true in most of todays engines so use also a good quality oil filter...
