Longer filters: B7172, B113, B243, B1416, B178.
For the Altis na elemet type ang oil filter (Toyota 4152-YZZA6), pwde Baldwin P7454..I think this is Made either in Taiwan or Korea.

Yes. As far as I know, BT223, B1402, B2 are now made in Morocco. B33 made in Mexico. BF1280 made in China. All these filters used to be made in US. Local importers have difficulty sourcing BT223 and B37. Donaldson P502008 in now made in Colombia..used to be made in Indonesia.

New stocks BT223
Made in USA
Manufacturing date: July 19, 2022
Individual pack/box has new/different design/s. Texture of materials used similar with packs/boxes being used in other areas (i.e., Mexico, Morocco)
The filter itself is still the same.

if it's ok to use non-oem engine oil filters on our vehicles, does it follow that using replacement atf transmission filters would pose no problems too?

Canister filters are usually pre-oiled from the factory. There are times when packaging is damaged and the filter is exposed to heat, moisture, etc. Below is a 2020 filter with damaged shrink wrap, dust on the rubber gasket, and rust.
