Dashboard lights abnormal blinking /flashing upon key in (switch on) for a minute

Issue: Dashboard blinking / flashing upon switching on the car for a minute coming from overnight park at my home

It happens tuwing umaga coming from overnight park. Parang nakukulangan siya ng electricity.
I can still drive even though this issue and it does not show again while in the road .

But when i go home from work in the afternoon (the vehicle is sun dried) ok naman walang problem

Battery was purchased last year August 2018.
Vehicle is Innova 2005 Automatic . Battery is 2D green motolite

I'd first try reseating the connectors at the back of the instrument cluster. Then, check the condition of the grounding points under the dashboard.

Looks like may loose connection sa instrument cluster or maybe a relay..or ignition switch...
