Different topic but the same idea. Keep it in one thread.

Ever seen a tricycle in NLEX or SLEX? Thought so.

With enough money (or skills, manpower, and time if you don't have the money), you can replace anything with everything.

Good luck, engine conversion costs alone will cost you the car itself.

Ito advice ko: Work hard, earn more, pay your effing taxes, and finally, enjoy. Gusto mo cool ka? Gusto mo mabilis? Easy. Get something that is lightweight. In other words, get a bike. If you die early, I do hope you have life insurance. If you don't, di bale na. Hope mo nalang nasa langit ka.

You see, this is reality. Not fantasy. Right now, you're reminding me of JasLi Art of this thread (http://tsikot.com/forums/car-audio-v...parates-95533/). That person wanted everything at dirt-cheap prices. I keep reminding him that is unrealistic. I suggest you read through the thread and open your eyes.

And the person with the Mustang but tumitipid sa gas? Tawag doon, tanga. Madami sa mundo ganun, don't be like them. Our two Expeditions incurs a gas bill of Php40,000 monthly, do you see me complain? Yes and no. Yes because they run like.. 2km/L and no because because I don't want to pony up the 1.6M differential for a Toyota LC200 instead. Truth be told, if I can rewind time back, I would have ponied up for the LC200 based on parts issues alone (hint in case you want an Expedition).

Owning a car is so easy sa Philippines. Pag ang life dream mo is to have a car, you're setting the bar too low. Try replacing that dream with "owning a lot in a good area" as a good enough life dream.

Let me tell you that the SRP of a brand new Honda Civic is around Php900,000. Think that's expensive? Well, that is just the value of one square meter in Hong Kong's prime residential areas. ONE. SQUARE. METER. It pays to aim higher.
