Good option for a coding car. 5 year warranty perfect for car plans.

Can't find more info about the 3-speed hybrid transmission but based on the drawings online it looks similar to the Toyota electric CVT with two motor generators. 3-speed could mean 3 modes: EV only, ICE charging battery, ICE + EV.

I wonder if the MG3 HEV would make a good Grab car.

most Grab cars are no longer driven by the owner.
all Grab cars that I've ridden lately are now using the "boundary system" similar to taxis

    1. why would the operator care about the car's mileage?
    2. operator will choose cars whose parts are easily available
    3. the simpler the car, the less parts na masisira (thats why there's a lot of Vios, Mirage, Xpander and Avanzas used in public transport)

    probably not... yet, siguro.
    too many unknowns, yet.

but if the manufacturer would offer it to operators at attractive rates...
using it as a promotional introduction to the product...
and the vehicle proves its worth...
    win-win for everyone!
