It seems that the dealership closure is permanent though rather than operations stopping temporarily to prepare for the management change.
From a comment (Magnate Martin) on the Geely Marites FB page's post about the issue.

IMO... Geely Philippines is in a really tough place right now.
Coolray made a lot of noise when it was released... pero its 5 years old now. No info if a 2nd Gen is coming... (Territory is already on its 2nd Gen)
Azkarra sold here is still the previous Gen
Okavango has its following - pero not enough
Next 2 cars released by Geely PH were the Emgrand and the GXPro - we all know how hard it is to compete against the Vios/City/Mirage and the Raize
IMO, Geely PH needs a new Coolray.

Not to mention the aftersales fiascoes (which went viral last year) definitely hit sales. IIRC, the North EDSA dealership was the one involved on one of the complaints.

My sis-in-law took advantage of another branch's change-management sale and got her Azkarra for 1.1M. That's 600k savings and was too good to pass up as she was already looking for a replacement and the Azkarra was top on her list. Hope she made the right decision given this major shakeup.

Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
