These are cheap for a reason ... and they skimped on quality controls here and there ... sooner or later ... the effects of poor quality of chinese vehicles will come out ... whether it be paper-like metal quality ... fires caused by charging / battery issues ... electronic glitches ... etc ...

Then again ... the Japanese and Europeans also cheated on quality ... and covered them up ...

That and the heavy subsidies by the CCP-PRC government.

He drove the SL6 for over 1,600 km in a demo with AAP and Ayala. They did the Northern Luzon Loop from BGC then to Subic then back to BGC. That's without refueling or topping up the battery.
