No idea about Avida but the price range is almost the same. I would think DMCI has a bit of an edge. With Alveo though, the difference is noticeable in the design and interior finish. And Alveo is quite pricey - P150K/sqm vs DMCI P60K/sqm.

Oh, and the good thing about DMCI is the resort type amenities and open corridors. It feels spacious with lots of fresh air. Ayala projects on the other hand have good location. Near shops, malls and boutiques.
