oo kasi basic yan, Pag nalugi ang invetment ang iisipin ng investor ano negoyso/ari-ariaan nya ipambabayad? Tapos sino sino big time investor na magpapasok ng kwarta sa kanya. And ang returns ba industry standard or too good to be true.

una sa lahat alamin mo ano negosyo niya

ano gagawin niya sa pera

paano siya kumikita

hindi ung "your money will earn x percent monthly"

"ok sounds good"

di mo alam ung pera mo pambayad sa earlier investors
