March 8th, 2006 09:24 PM #1my uncle got a few educational plans from them for my cousins. nung pakiramdam nyang medyo tagilid na sila, he opted to have the plan preterminated late last year -- even if it meant he would only get 30% of his money.
it seems his instincts were right on: he has yet to get a single dime from them.
what's also disturbing is that my uncle's accountant friend -- also a planholder -- was told by the school they hadn't paid the 8k+ tuition for his kid.
anyone with similar experiences?

i'm one of those unfortunates!!!
actually, strike 2 na ako. I got the College Educ Plans for my 3 kids from Platinum Plans. The High School Educ Plans i got from TPG!!! Premium payments were finished (thank God!) early last year, but then one after the other, news of the bankruptcy came in!!!
I haven't done any move yet. Any advise on what should i do?

One can only hope.
