ako din same biz. bread products, cakes and pastries. hehehe dami competition. kelangan be innovative and improve recipe.
tama si gen8_civic, hahahaha 4am gising ka to check the production. usually they start here around 9pm para hindi pagod mga bakers. bakers should have basic baking skills and dough handling. the rest is up to you na. bakers implements your recipe. but sometimes, other bakeshop/bakeries, the bakers knows better than the owner...

i think another thing youd want to look into would be location. its a key din in a start up biz. specially if you will allow people to hang around your place.
ot : and if you guys want coffee (beans & ground coffee) PM nyo ko i can send you a price list. :D

madaming mura sa binondo like sugar from vietnam.sa yeast(saf) nman they will give you big discount basta cash and bulk.look for pabling commrcial sa asuncion or alcano st yata un.delivery via trucking nlang.cla na maghatid.i also used fresh yeast(red dragon).mga 20k savings ko sa yeast plang per month.pls dont used flour from china, although cheaper, it does not passed the standards from bfad.

basta if you want to start a biz like this make sure you have passion [to create/innote and to EAT! hehe]. Daming nagsulputang mga bakery dyan...
Meron ako napanood sa TV dati sya master baker sa U.S. and he is sharing his knowledge/recipe for free. It is somewhere in Pasay.

There's a lot of room. You can still fit half a battery, I think. The battery isn't the highest...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
