There are different types of willsrecognized in the Philippines, holographic wills and notarial wills. Holographic wills are handwritten and don't require witnesses, but they must be entirely written, dated, and signed by the testator. Notarial wills on the other hand require witnesses and must be notarized. Both follow some standard form and must not disinherit a valid heir without just cause.

Yes if holograophic will as described above. Even if may property na hindi masama sa holographic will, yung sharing na na-establish sa holographic will ang gagamitin to determine papaano hatian sa property na hindi nasama sa will.
This presupposes na walang compulsory heir (which include children, legitimate parents, surviving spouse, and illegitimate parents) na hindi nasama sa will at walang legitime (the portion of a deceased person's estate that is reserved for compulsory heirs) na na-violate.Fasten your seatbelt!
