Nagkaroon lang kami nito dahil kasamasa package nung nakuha naming photo/video studio (na eventually iniscam kami at iba pang maraming couples). And agree nakakastress magprepare para dun.

Prenups aren't expensive naman (it depends on the complexity, number and value of assets). I guess like deestone said, it's not widely accepted in our culture yet. Those couples that go to Tulfo should've had a prenup para claro, who pays for what, di wala silang away. hahaha

that's it, nobody talks about prenups, among my closest friends I am sure UF has one because she told me that one of her Lola's conditions before they marry is a prenup

kasi naman, how common is it, that one marries way beyond his/her social status?
doc, that's the IDEAL, marry within your social circle, but apparently a lot of people marry outside their circle na. But even within one's social circle mabuti na din na claro lahat.

Also, I hear a lot of stories here in Tsikot of men marrying starlets, walkers, car show models, FHM models etc

It was only around the 2000s when prenup photoshoots and videos became uso, now it's almost standard. 90s weddings and prior wala naman. I guess it's because digital cameras became cheap and accessible already

BTW my Kuya is on his second annulment, I'm not privy to the details but the ex filed a case agaist him. I found out today that the fees etc reached the HIGH 7 digits I'm not even gonna talk about the evil ex of my brother na mas malaking sakit ng ulo. I am shocked that people decide to get married like it's such a simple thing to do.

sorry doc but I disagree that marriage is simple. Maybe with older generations because when they commit to a marriage it's really until death do them part (even beyond death nga kasi most elders frown upon remarrying) But now, too many hiwalayan

getting married is simple. one has but to sign some documents and go thru some ritual, that's all.

living a marriage... that's a totally different thing.
    semantics.
