mods, paki-lagay na lang kung hindi dito yun category ng question ko.

the problem is with the tachometer. gumagalaw yun needle kaso erratic yun movement, hindi sya synchronized sa rpm ng makina mismo. yun speedo naman sa low speeds parang wobbly yun pagtaas nya pero ok naman pag umabot na ng 20 kph pataas. consistent naman sa bilis ng sasakyan yun reading.

narerepair ba yun instrument gauges? magkano kaya ang surplus na gauge?

baka yung cable ang problem. i also have the same situation like you pero since luma na kotse ko sa tingin ko ok lang yun...

That's the drawback with fully mechanical speedometers. But as long as it still does it job, everything should be fine.

Or pasira na din siguro yung Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)...
