    I need to cancel my chattel mortgage...
    I was instructed to go to the registry od deeds of QC to cancel it...

    the question is...
    ASAN BA YUN ???
    SA QUEZON CITY HALL BA ???
    OR SA LTO EAST AVENUE???

    Can somebody answer please.... thanks...

    Nasa East Avenue yan, pero di saktong East Avenue nasa corner syang ng East Ave. and a small street (forgot the name)... Basta look for the LRA building... Nandun lang yun sa loob!
