Whoa! Which car is this, jut? Pure NLEX..?

I drove on SLEX yesterday using the Forester -- couldn't even get past 7.0 liters / 100 km (14.29 km/l)!!!

Pero that's from house (in Cainta) to Eton/ABI toll gate.

    Civic 1.8E CVT.

Yep, pure NLEX, from Shell Mexico to Bocaue tollgate.

    Other notes:

    - fresh from re-fueling when I reset the MID
    - too bad I didn't see my average speed
    - also on cruise control -- about 80% of the entire travel time based on my tancha-meter / tantsa-meter
    - stayed within the 80-kph mark
    - throttled the engine once when the passing lane was clear (up to 120 kph in about 5 seconds; oh how I love the roaring sound )

    Amazing, dude

I'm no expert; but the fact that I see your fuel tank's range at 529 km, that's either (a) a fuel efficient car, or (b) an amazing driver

I want to try that next Saturday pero I would have to reset Trip A. I don't want to reset; I want to preserve it until it's time to let Wuwu (the Forester) go... para may "lifetime stats" sana. Hehehe.

If I reset Trip B, then I'll lose my current FC stats... I guess I can sacrifice that one

Same here bro, my trip B hasn't been reset since I bought the car - currently reading 11.2 km/L. My accumulated data based on full-tank computations says 11.27 km/L, so it's pretty much spot on. 😁

I guess MIDs/infotainment systems nowadays are much more accurate... I can also consider my full-tank calculations vs MID results spot on -- having a difference of only +/- 0.10 to 0.20 km/l.

I don't get that usually with my Altis; although I've had acceptable variances in my last two full tanks (0.05 km/l and 0.14 km/l).

We have the same lifetime FC at 11.2 km/l, by the way but the narrative may be different because Wuwu is mostly a weekend/SLEX car. What tarnishes my figures is the traffic from MCX to Skyway NB entrance; not to mention the traffic in C5-Market Market to Ortigas Flyover

Oh, right, there were also many idling instances haha!

most are accurate naman. marami lng nag rereset daily. of course that will result to a small data set making it less accurate.

the fuel to air mixture during combustion is highly precise... lalo na sa diesels where it operates at over 1000bar.
