kaya nga sagot ko yun realistic...high price and super traffic bec that is the reality hinde naman bababa price ng fuel eh, and I don;t think mawawala ang traffic sa Manila...

so dapat meron C. sa choices

This might be a far fetched idea especially for finance people like me, but how about eliminating car financing all together. I am sure it will do wonders to traffic more than gas prices can. If people have to shell out 100% for a price of a car then I can assure you traffic conditions will improve tremendously. Pwede naman mag-motor na lang yung mga can't afford or commute... Dami kasi dyan paying only 20% of the value tapos hulugan na lang, kaya talaga these days unlike before its hard to jusge a person's wealth by his ride...
