MIVEC- 3-stage: may low, mid at full open...as i recall, sabi nila tumotope pa daw ang makina na ito sa PETRON BLAZE(96RON)...
VTEC- 2-stage: low at full open...except for vtec-3...
MIVEC-MD: MIVEC + modular displacement: has the ability to turn-off 2 of the 4-cylinders, and that offered in a 90's JDM mirage(as i know)
bat di mo na nasama yung vvt ng toyota, "VE" and "VET" ng toyota...sr20VET=2.0 variable valve lift, turbo=280ps-stock!
