mini countryman vs lexus is350

Planning to upgrade from my 2006 bmw 3 series gas...
Since both are almost the same price...
Which is better in terms of:
1. daily use?
2. Easier to maintain?
3. Interior space?
4. Resale value after 6 yrs?
5. Looks & nicer to drive?

go with the is350, f-sport ba or just the 350? anyway mini's are known for it's reliability issues. just go to their international forums and you'll see what i'm talking about. the is350 is such a nice car and at a very competitive price. i'd pick an f-sport over a 3 series (not the m3 ofcourse) anyday.

if you plan to keep it for 6 years then go with the lexus, i wouldn't keep an entry level european car longer than 3 years.
