For a little more money hands down VIOS. It is simply more practical, it will sell more in the future. I'd say 100-1 potential 2nd hand buyers will look for the vios over the Rio if you decide to dell your car 3-5 years from now.

Last night I got in an Anywhere "branded" taxi, the dashboard (well the lower part of it) is now beige compared with the picture above, as well as the door trims. Legroom at the back has approximately 4 inches of space between my knee and the driver's back seat (I'm only 5'8"). It has nice bright headlights, a bit "darker" compared to an Altis J taxi's. The driver said it also has great seat fabric (it was covered by 2 layers of seatcovers.) It was definitely nimble. I didn't notice if it still has steel rims.

It got me thinking to include this in my list of choices for our purchase early next year. Although Kia's site lists this as 590k now. Puwede.

The price is now P600K for the 1.4 MT. It's more expensive than City 1.3A and Vios 1.3J, both priced at P575K. If Rio had remained cheaper than its competitors, then I would have considered it. Pero sa ngayon eh crossed-out muna siya sa list ko

It's probably just the timing... the Vios pricing is sure to go up... Toyota is keeping it low to match it with the City... while the City pricing is low because it's on its way out.

    Market strategy is all.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Hi, Is it true na available ang double airbags for both M/T and A/T sa Kia Rio? Kasi sa Toyota, dual airbags are only for those 700K above (top and expensive A/T models). And can someone please give me a price for both the 4 door and 5 door Kia Rio?

    Thanks so much!
