April 2nd, 2011 10:33 AM #181Dont worry sir accent 2k11, basta intay lang, ganyan din kami intay kami for about 1-2 weeks. But it is worth the waiting talaga, dahil suwerte tayo sa pinas pa lang binebenta yun ganyan model. Sa US,Australia at Singapore wala pa ganyan. My wife has good feedbacks from our neighbors about the unique body design. Very eye pleasing.

i own a Vios AT and for sure, if the transmission of the Accent is anything like the previous Hyundais (and im not talking bout Elantras and Atozes, i mean previous Tucsons and Starexes). Then by all means, I'd go Vios. The transmission of the Vios is light, peppy and very responsive even if it doesnt produce alot in powerplant department. The transmission does a big part in maximizing every HP. Previous Hyundai ATs are power sapping, sluggish to react to downshifts (although shifts smoothly).
Case in point: the 1-KZ Hi Ace (JDM Surplus) AT (131hp) versus 2004-05 Starex CRDi AT (145hp)
The Hi Ace can smoke the Starex due to its very responsive transmission.
Also, I own a 2 month old Accent CRDi. And i can say that, Hyundais are not that cheap to maintain.

Mga Bossing share ko lang po yung pics ng White Accent 2011 ko.
Maganda rin pala yung white kasi nae-emphasize nya yung design front to back, Tinakbo ko sya ng San Pablo and Back to Las Pinas, TRIP meter registered 6.6L/100km. more or less 15km/L on a break in period of 90km/h run. di ko muna sya pinalagpas ng 100km/h, break in period pa kasi.

Not bad for a 1.4L that's still in its break-in period. Expect to get better fuel economy once you've had your 1k PMS.
During break in period you CAN exceed 100kph, just do not exceed 4k rpm.
Tip, body color the door handles. Purchase foglamps ( if available ) and change the rims to a much bigger one ( - you can wait for the OEM Accent Blue 16 alloys.)
Agree with you there. Nicely put.
