October 11th, 2019 09:11 AM #1I and my wife are planning to buy a new car for our growing family and would love to hear insights from you. Here are our options
MU X LS AT (1.3m)
Innova E DSL AT (1.319m)
At first we want the MU X, but toyota's sale is very tempting
Innova e dsl AT 71k dp 26478 per month
MUX ls AT 199k dp 26,570 per month
Thanks in advance!

The Innova is a better family vehicle. It's more practical and has better interior space than any of those PPVs.

October 11th, 2019 10:06 AM #4Depends on your usage, I suppose. If you do not need the ground clearance, value space and practicality over macho looks, and appreciate the bigger engine, then Innova it is.
The make or break factor is whether you are ok with the Innova's looks or not.

October 11th, 2019 11:12 AM #5The 1.3m MUX is too "bare" for my liking. Even sidemirrors can't be adjusted from inside the vehicle, you'd have to open the windows to push the mirror itself so the angle will change,
The MUX really has the engine going for it but once you load the vehicle fully, you'd need to rev it harder than the D4D of the Innova.
Though I do find Toyota's priced too high when compared to the market, the MUX in this base model spec is just too underspec'd for the price.
I'd pick the Innova in this case rather than the MUX.

October 11th, 2019 02:48 PM #7Innova ako dito.
better interior space packaging. dare I say a bit more comfortable ride. and when it comes time to replace tires very cheaper options. more power to boot.
i'd probably pick the mu-x if among other things foremost consideration is fuel economy and regular use on unpaved roads is expected.
