Are you referring to the Sentra GS/GSX/GX (N16 platform)? It has been there since initially introduced with the Grandeur series (2002). It is a comfort-oriented platform and a bit on the heavy side. It is a good highway cruiser, more like the Altis of that era. Go for the 1.6L models (GS with 4AT or GSX with 5MT) as the 1.3L GX model felt sluggish with no advantage in fuel efficiency. There was the Sentra 200 (B16 platform) but it did not gain that much sales locally.
The Focus is a sportier platform compared to the Sentra. It shares a common platform as the Mazda3 and Volvo C30 of that age. Its size is a bit on the small side compared to other compacts. The hatchback is quite athletic and offers good driving response. It is best to get the 2.0L version as models with the smaller engine do not offer an advantage in fuel economy. A 2.0L turbo diesel MT model (TDCI) was introduced in 2007 on the same platform.

Sir not the hatchback the sedan type lang ng ford focus ghina. Nalita ko lz mjo mas maganda interior nya compared to nissan n16 models. I'm just thinking that focus has more resale value and sportier look nga as you've said than the gsx n16's.

Though mas spacious ang sentra pero I think the focus 4 door sedan type is much appealing.
