Some inclined parking spaces and ramps require these features specially buildings in flood prone areas.

+1- agree 100%, eventhough the ground clearance of mobilio is quite high, those overhangs especially the rs variant will regularly grind those slopes, even on a moderately inclined garage. This i think is the biggest advantage of avanza over other compact mpv with it's high approach and departure angle.

Or went through pot hole ridden provincial roads.

Nadala ko na sa off road Ertiga ko, NOT BY CHOICE. It handled well and hindi ako sumabit kahit malalim mga lubak.

Good thing MPV binili ko at hindi kotse.

Honestly, I would not be getting this type of vehicle with ground clearance or approach/departure angles in mind. With those concerns, I'd go for the Innova, Adventure or Crosswind.
If I were choosing among these three, practicality concerns aside, I'd go for the Mobilio, and then throw in a wheel/tire upgrade. Shouldn't take much to reach an SUV-like 200mm ground clearance.

Would that not change how the car handles?
