That lower body rigidity makes for more unsure handling... and makes for poorer crashworthiness.

To put it in other words... would you rather be riding a Civic without airbags or a Chery QQ with two airbags?

    Think about it.

Bigger cars are typically safer and more stable. But kung city driving lang, advantageous ang mga malilit na sasakyan lalo na pa traffic at mas matipid in terms of FC.

I typically cruise at 100 kph in my Avanza J if possible. If needed, I push it to 120 or 140 if needed. OK naman for me. Of couse mas stable ang sedan at these speeds. I did 140 kph sa NLEX several times already and sa SLEX under the sky way.

My average FC for the past 7 months is between 12 to 13kph.

    Fuel consumption?

Get a D4D powered Innova... diesel is 7 to 8 pesos per liter cheaper than unleaded gasoline.

^ yun nga lang medjo mas mahal ng 60k ang diesel same variant sa gas powered, will take at least 3 years para mabawi, although kung lagi mong gamit yung oto mas mabilis, then again me issue pa ng D4D woes pero mukang oks na sya...

Depende sa gamit pero if you use your car with the average use of 10K-12K a year then it will take you 10K liters para lang mabawi yung difference ng diesel-unleaded price.... So assuming the car consumes 8L/km then it will take you 80,000KM para lang mabawi yung difference ng car price. Also diesel PMS and parts is greater than gas PMS and parts so add that too and you would likely recoup the difference in 7-8 years time

^^PRECISELY. Kaya di benta sakin yung idea na diesel mas matipid over the long run cause thats very shallow minded calculation if you only base it on fuel prices alone and don't factor the car and maintenance cost as well. Atsaka kung kailangan ng konting OMMPH of acceleration to overtake annoying PUJ and bus the gas engines give me that

Assuming that the D4D milage is 9 Km per liter. Diesel at PHP 40.00 per liter. you spend 4.44 PHP per Km

Assuming the milage of the avanza is 12 km per liter. Gas at PHP 50.00 per liter, you spend 4.17 PHP per km

And mas maUSOK ang diesel kaysa gas lalo na may catalytic converter na mga gas engine ngayon.

Madalas ako makakita ng mga SUV na diesel na bago lang wala pang 1 year (malalaman mo sa plaka) na mausok na agad.

    No to pollution
