November 13th, 2016 10:52 AM #1Hi Guys help nyo naman po ako. Plano namin bumili ng car this month. 7 seater and yung choices namin is the Isuzu Sportivo 2010 siguro 500 to 550k or Montero 2010 550-600k siguro. In terms of maintenance na alam ko po mas matipid daw yung crosswind. In terms of kapogian and of course speed and syempre SUV montero lamang..

My vote po goes to montero. Hahaha otherwise search for the manual tranny na monte.
Bring ur trusted mechanic and check the paperworks properly.
By the way i used to drove my uncles crosswind kaya sabiko makupad. Hehe

The maintainance of the crosswind di nagkakalayo sa mga SUV
i used to own a 03 xuv a/t turbo
my PMS cost 10-60k pesos kaya I can say that maintainance is not cheap kung sa laabs ko mas mura either repair lang kasi sa labas eh.
My vote goes for the Montero get the 3.2 gls se naka timing chain siya so no need to replace timing belt

November 17th, 2016 11:44 PM #7Hi guys I'm new here. I just want to know which would be a better choice with a 600k budget, a 2009 Montero or 2010 Everest?
The vehicle would primarily be used for city driving but we also go out of town every so often.
Also, hindi ako yung mahilig magkalikot ng kotse so preferably yung madali lang maintain.
Thank you!

November 19th, 2016 12:58 PM #10Not considering the Santa Fe VGT? Way ahead of the same-era Fortuner/Montero/Everest in terms of performance, handling and ride comfort. 2nd hand resale is cheaper too. Excellent choice if you're not planning on using it for farm duty.
