^^^ a better idea to include the compacts in the options list but most compacts with an AT tranny are priced 100k more than the options listed. The only compacts with an AT tranny below 900k are the Lancer EX GLX and Elantra GL.

I'd recommend the 825k 1.5 Trend MT. The dual-clutch automatic is just too risky a proposition for me.
EDIT: read about the DCT issues of Ford. Looks like it's not as bad as people think. Makabasa lang na may ilang nagkaproblema, cross out na kagad. If you read in detail, some earlier Fiestas encountered TCM failure after a few years of ownership.
No such news for the newer Fiesta Ecoboost or the EcoSport.
If you're not after quick performance, the Ecosport is more versatile than your other choices and the increased ride height could be useful for you.

^ IIRC not a problem but you need to learn how to drive DCT so you'll not gey annoyed while driving. Nasa tamang apak lang daw yan ng silinyador.
