The sentra would be cheaper to maintain.
Parts for the Accord would be more expensive than the equivalent for the Sentra.

depends on your preference. the accord is an executive car, has bigger engine and lots of amenities and really drives comfortable.
as what GH said, the exalta is cheaper to maintain, more fuel efficient. for parts, i think there are more parts available for exalta at a reasonable price compared to the accord.
